The staff at Temple House Care Home aim to care for our residents in an environment as near to their own home as possible, whilst at the same time providing a high level of quality nursing care over a 24 hour period.

The proprietors of Temple House enjoy an active role within the home and assure you of their best attention and interest at all times.

Panoramic Country views with mature gardens and complete disabled access to all areas enhance the resident's overall experience and ambience of Temple House.

Meals are prepared by our experienced catering team reflecting best nutritious practice whilst ensuring that resident's preferences and any special dietary needs are catered for.

As individual as our residents

We continuously look at the needs of our residents and services to ensure that we provide individual packages of care tailored to suit their differing requirements.

Excellent and accessible external support is available to all residents from local G P's, podiatrists and other health care professionals provided on site if required.

We provide an extensive range of activities and outings in groups or on a one-to-one basis for residents. On-site hairdresser, beautician and relaxation therapist ensure that our residents experience is enhanced at Temple House.

All Team members engage with residents and relatives regarding Care Planning with our encouraging regular communications to provide the best level of service possible.

We are here to offer Residents the opportunity to obtain a better quality of life by providing a safe and comfortable environment with optimum support and stimulation to help their achieving their full quality of life.

Residents will, at all times, be treated with dignity and respect and are always encouraged to exercise their rights to choice and privacy. They will be encouraged to be as independent as possible whilst being offered maximum support for their needs.

Temple House Care Home undergoes regular inspections and assessment by the Scottish Commission for Regulation of Care throughout the year – Service Number CS2003010280. Reports following these inspections are available to read either from Temple House or on the SCRC website

We only employ experienced and qualified staff and provide regular training in skills and knowledge for services relevant to their position. All members of staff are rigorously vetted before employment commences with ongoing review of performance undertaken.
